Part of the newly designed AERGO line of Alloyd machines, the Aergo 2 Sealing Machine is configured with two shuttle beds. The manually operated shuttle beds are alternately positioned beneath a heating platen which seals cards and blisters. The seal area is 12" x 18.5". During normal operation, products in one shuttle bed are sealed as the other is unloaded and reloaded. Two machine operators can feed, fill, seal and unload sealed packages at the rate of 2,000 to 6,000 packages per eight-hour shift.
